Nolan's Experience:
I had a very pleasant experience making my dish. Aside from the grease fire that happened when I attempted to make this dish for the first time, I was able to make this relatively easy. I felt a sense of pride after making this dish, especially as a broke college kid. Overall I will definitely make this dish again!
